Linda Nerney posted a condolence

A very long time ago, Linda was my best friend!
We met in 3rd grade at the Briggs Corner School, and remained each other’s closest and most valued confidant’s throughout our years at Attleboro High School. College, marriage and life happened, as we lost touch with one another, however Linda as well as her mother, Alice Brin, are irreplaceable and formidable characters both in my memories and in the stories I have told and continue to tell my children. I am a better person today for having known them both.
I’m sorry to be writing this more than five years after Linda’s death. I only recently learned, and am now able to extend my sincerest sympathy to Gerri, Linda’s daughters, and of course all other surviving family members. Not having reconnected with Linda as time progressed is a significant and regrettable loss on my part.
