I was saddened to hear of the passing of John. He handled our 401K here at Braxton Mfg for many, many years. I always felt he had our best interests in mind. A caring man who made me feel comfortable in our dealings. I always knew John was in the building when a quick look out my window, I'd see a fancy sports car in our parking lot! May time give you peace. My condolences to the family.

We were indeed fortunate to know John. He was a wonderful man and a treasured friend. He cared about people: his friends, his business acquaintances, and most of all, his loving family. He will always be close to our hearts.

Lorraine:
I'm so sorry you have to weather this storm of grief.
As husband and wife you forged a relationship that is a testament to "and the two shall become one." I know you have lost the love of your life and your best friend. And since you have become one, it's akin to undergoing major surgery now that half of you has been removed from you; your inability to touch John, hold his hand, and look into his eyes is so painful. Yes, there's some balm in the memories you have stored up over the years to treasure. May these form the silver lining in the clouds of grief above you.
And there is also your faith. I've admired what you have done to reach out to those in need, using your compassion and your experience in the medical field to touch others.
Be assured of my love and prayers, my cousin.
~ Steve

Fond memories of meeting up with Lorraine and John in Eastham while we were corralling our four kids and two nephews into a pizza place. We let the kids eat at one table and we four had a quiet adult meal! Then aside from business meetings with Len we again ran into John and Lorraine at Infinity Hall enjoying good music. John left a big footprint in lots of places and he will be missed. Rest In Peace!

I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even in death. They continue to participate in every act, thought, and decision we make. Leo Buscaglia, Author ... and that is John
Lorraine, I can only imagine your pain at this very dark time. But I can see you are a woman of unshakable faith and great inner strength. And I’m sure you will also draw strength from your love of John. Jim and I are here for you always.
John and Shannon Words are certainly inadequate to express the sadness we feel by the passing of your dad. He was a good man. Our hearts and prayers are with you. Linda and Jim
