John was one of my first supervisors at Pratt & Whitney in the 2001-2002 timeframe. I was around 21 years old at that time, trying to figure out the world and how I could fit into it. John was such a great boss, he was very caring, even though someone from the outside wouldn't be able to see it! :) I'll always remember his guidance, patience, and even-keeled manner that made him a great boss.
