My brother brought Nancy into the clan when I was a teenager, and she became my guiding star in all things faith, love and family. The power of her giving and loving presence is visible already in the next generation. The pain of her loss is eclipsed only by the joy of having had her in our lives.
Well done, good and faithful servant.

I met the "Goddess" when I was about 10 years old....I was intrigued by her gentleness and sweet giggle when my cousin, Skip teased her. I wondered how she would survive in this family of teasers and Houligans....but survive she did and thrived....I had the great fortune to know her and love her for 50 years and watched her navigate her nursing career, (which inspired me to become a nurse), become a wife, mother, and grandmother. We enjoyed many adventures together...Thanks for the great memories!.....You are an inspiration!!!............Forever "Team Goddess!!!!"

Nancy was the kindest human being I've ever known. She was also smart, tough and funny. But it was her kindness that drew us to her. Daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, and friend, she was loyal, caring and faithful. After nearly 50 years of love, I am heartbroken at her loss. But I am also deeply grateful to have shared so much of life with her and know she'll be welcomed by family members in heaven and will be there to welcome the rest of us one day.

I am heart broken! I have known Nancy for many years. We would walk in the morning, go to Panera’s or Daybreak Coffee in Glastonbury. We usually followed each other at a multitude of places of employment. Nancy was one of the sweetest people I knew on this Earth. She was a great friend! My heart goes out to her entire family! I am honored to have called her my friend. Kathleen Walton
