Obituary of Pamela Robin Johnson
Pamela (Robin) Johnson, 76, of Glastonbury, formerly of Centerport, NY, wife of the late Maurits “Ritz” Johnson, died Thursday July 8, 2021 at Hartford Hospital. Born July 17, 1944 in Huntington, NY, daughter of the late Dr. Charles M. Robin and Marion (Warhurst) Thomas, she had lived in Glastonbury since 1986. Prior to her retirement Pam was a social worker for the Inter Community Mental Health. Pam graduated from Franconia College in New Hampshire. She was a member of the Federated Women’s Club in Glastonbury from 1988 until her death. She was co-president from 1993 to 1996 and past director, by-laws chairperson and a member of the banquet committee. Pam is survived by her 2 sisters and their husbands, Philippa and Frank Milback of Huntington, NY., Patricia and Jeff Mann of Pawleys Island, SC., 2 brothers Timothy Robin of Clinton, CT., Christopher Robin and his wife Linda of Daytona Beach, FL., a step son Paul Johnson of Jamestown, NY., 3 step daughters Caroline Johnson Reaper of Iowa, Arleen Santiago of Huntington Station, NY and Dorothy and Kenneth Cochrane of Huntington, NY., and 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury on Tuesday July 13 from 5-7pm. A graveside service will be held Wednesday July 14 at 1:00pm in Neipsic Cemetery, Neipsic Rd., Glastonbury.
