Obituary of Kathleen M. Riccio
Kathleen Riccio (McSweeney) died peacefully on Sept.15th 2022 at Autumn Lake Memory Care Center. She was born on November 14,1941. She was the daughter of the late Frances Louise McSweeney (Kelley) and Edward Francis McSweeney. Kathy grew up in Hartford and was a proud student of The Cathedral of Saint Joseph’s School. Kathy loved to cook and her food was incredible. She worked for The Air National Guard for more than 20 years. She is survived by her daughter Marina T Adams (Toce) and her husband Chris and her son Edward J Riccio, her grandchildren Christina Ireland (Adams) and John, Gregory Adams, and Heather Papp (Adams) and Tim. As well as 4 great grandchildren. Kathy is survived by her 3 sisters. Maureen Slattery (McSweeney), Sharon Jack (McSweeney) and Margret Connelly (McSweeney)and her husband Edward. She leaves 3 Step Daughters, Cheri Kudla, Cyndi Riccio, and Candace Salem. Calling hour is on Monday Sept 26th from 9:30 to 10:30 at Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday Sept. 26 at 11:00am in Ss Isidore and Maria Church at St. Paul Church, 2577 Main Street in Glastonbury. Burial will be immediately after Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hebron Ave. Glastonbury. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the www.axpow.org.
