I remember him as our Priest Prefect on our floor. He was always interesting to talk to. I also had him as a teacher, he would take attendence, as soon as someone was missing, he would stop, and then teach. If your last name was at the begining of the alphabet, you better go to class! He always thought PC should have a wine and discussion group. After he was President of PC, I stopped in and asked if he was going to have a wine and discussion group? He told me that things change in his position. Later after left PC and got married, I met Bill and his wife in Newport, Judi (my wife) and I spoke to them for a few minutes. That was the last I saw of him. May God welcome him home! I will always remember him, God bless William P Haas!
