Lisa and Family,
So very sorry for your loss.
What great memories I have meeting Fred so many years ago.
All of us would get together at (Headquarters) his Moms house in the Village making plans afterwards.
Never a dull moment since Fred was so full of life.
I can still remember Lisa and Fred becoming a couple eventually marrying. What a perfect match they made so Special!
God Bless you Lisa so good to Fred.
Fred,
No more suffering my friend.
God Bless you.
You will be missed greatly, but we all carry so many good memories of having such a Special friend.
Your with all your many Angels my friend including: Mom, Billy, and Linda.
Until we meet again.
GodSpeed Freddy.
Amen

The first time I met you and Lisa was in 2012 when I first started going out with Bud. I was always welcomed with open arms. You would joke around and refer to me as "the wife" even before Bud and I got married. Fred, you were the obvious choice to be "The Best Man" 6 years later. As I sit here and try to say what's in my heart, it's so very dificult. Lisa, my deepest and sincere sympathy to you. I know how hard it is to loose your best friend and husband. Fred, Bud and I will be around to visit with Lisa since she will always be our friend. I'm going to miss seeing you and hearing your distinctive voice. Wherever you are, have a beer and save one for Bud and whle you're there, play golf with the angels.

Hey Fred, Mother hen here, yes I remember you giving me that name, among others. Friends are friends, good ones, good, best friends Is you and I. We did a lot together, from wood, to wood floors, fishing to just chewing the fat. I think we may have lifted a few beers together. No worries, I will check up on Lisa from time to time, after all, she’s a part of me too. The two of you helped me through some tough times, and gave me a kick when needed (sometimes not). When you get where you are going, give your mom a hug for me, say hi to your sister, buy your brother a beer, and save one for me. Miss my golf partner, Bud

Fred has been more like a Brother than a brother in-law.
Around 48 to 49 years ago Fred started hanging around the Cavanna residence. I thought he wanted to play pool with me, but it may have been he was there to see Lisa. In any event I know my parents were very happy I was down in the basement with Fred and Lisa whenever he came over.
Later in life Fred and Lisa brought me out to Windham where I started a family. Fred taught my two boys the importance of enjoying life, friends, and family. He also helped them expand their vocabulary at a young age.
Fred’s love for NASCAR also had an impact on my family, Attached is a photo of us at the London NH raceway for one of many races we would attend. (Thank you Shelly for the photo)
Thank you Fred for a lifetime of memories, from a man who has been taken from us much too soon.
May you now be free of the many burdens you have shouldered over the years especially these past few.
We love you very much, and you will be sorely missed.

My condolences to the entire Kowalsky Family. Fred was not only a true gentlemen, yet a dedicated friend and co-worker. I have so many fond memories of Fred and the "Nabisco Crew" at the Glastonbury warehouse. Fred always had a smile on his face, a great sense of humor, and never hesitated to give me his insights as to how to make things better, (especially the inbound shipments to the warehouse!). Fred was THE backbone of the Glastonbury Team!
