Phil was one of the most wonderful men I’ve ever known. He was kind, loving and generous. I will never forget his smile, his laugh, and the sound of his voice. I will miss him sharing memories of hunting with my father, set back games with my parents, stories of the Hebron Sportsmen Club. After my parents passed away, we continued those setback games together where he and Faye would beat me at every game. It was so much fun, and we laughed while we reminisced. My heartbreaks for his family. Please take comfort in knowing he had such a positive impact on so many lives throughout his 93 years.
