Les was one of the kindest, patient and knowledgeable people I ever worked with. His help gave me get a leg up when I first started my career in IT and it was a great joy to run into him again when we both worked for a startup, late in our careers. My condolences to his family!!

Les was my favorite formulas guy. He was always a pleasure to work with, knew how to make complicated stuff easy. Condolences to the family, may he rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Les. He and I worked together at CT National Life. One of the best managers I ever had - so kind and caring. Also enjoyed his entertaining stories - surviving the "hurricane vacation" on the Cape, to enjoying time spent on his boat. My condolences to Robin, David and your families.

Many fond memories working with Les over the years first at Vantage and later at EDS. The only actuary I ever met that could help me understand what he wanted me to put into computer code. And also one of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met. So sorry to hear of his passing.
