Obituary of June Cote

June (Allard) Cote, 67, of Glastonbury, wife of the late Richard R. Cote, died Wednesday August 20, 2014 at Hartford Hospital. Born June 22, 1947 in Hartford, daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Cele) (LeBlanc) Allard, she had lived in Glastonbury many years. Prior to her retirement, she was a Senior Buyer for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft for over 40 years. June loved all animals, especially birds and dogs. June is survived by her two sons, Scott Alan Cote of Tampa, FL, Mark Aaron Cote and his wife Megan of Kenosha, WI, a sister Bernadette (Bernie) Rugar of Rocky Hill, a sister-in-law and brother-in-law Jo Ann and Michael Plaszewski of Hebron and two grandchildren Parker Aaron Cote and Carson Alexander Cote. She especially loved her beloved poodle/bichon Josh. She was predeceased by a brother John Allard and a sister Lucille Zimnotch. Funeral services will be held Thursday August 28 at 11am in the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Glastonbury.
