Oh my. I'm so sorry. A life spent making life better for so many others. I can recall our conversation as "veterans" at the MFT retirement party. Talk about dedication and devotion. I wish things could have worked out better. Her students weren't the only ones who learned from her. My deepest sympathy.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you both during this difficult time. I had the privilege of working with Linda for just a year at Moody, but she was such a valuable resource - not just for her knowledge, but for her support and her ability to put things in perspective. I loved working with her and going into her class; she truly delighted in being with the kids and they adored her. I will miss her.

I am saddened to hear of the passing of Linda. She was one of the sweetest ladies, always with a smile. When I was newly hired at the school where she worked, she was so helpful and pleasant and made the transition for me so much easier. Her love for her students and for her profession was always so evident in everything she did. She will be missed!

I was very saddened to hear of the loss of Linda..Warren and Emily my heart goes out to both of you. I was very fortunate to have Linda as my youngest child's kindergarten teacher. She was an extraordinary teacher, person and friend...I very much enjoyed volunteering in her classroom, and listening to her many stories she shared with the children. Blake will always have a special place in his heart for Linda, as will I. Rest in Peace Linda...you will be greatly missed, but know you had touched so many lives by the wonderful person you were.

I was the music teacher at Moody for 6 years and Mrs. Jessen's kindergarten classes were always my best singers. I give credit to Linda for filling her classroom and students with a passion for beautiful singing and music. It was always a treat to have her students in my class.
Love and best wishes to her family and friends,
Kate Ingram

My thoughts and prayers are with you Emily and Warren in this time of sorrow. I consider myself truly blessed to have had the privilege to know and work with Linda. She was one of the most talented teachers I have ever met, her students over the last 37 years were truly blessed to have been in her classroom. I will miss her beautiful smile, sense of humor, and love for music. This world is a better place because Linda was in it.
