Fran was a wonderful person and will be missed. I came to know Fran by Lowana,as you may have remembered I was their Maid of Honor at their wedding. I liked Fran he always had a smile and always a well rounded additude. Am so sorry for your loss. I hope this message finds you. Lynne Hebert Gray

Please accept my deepest condolences. Fran and I played softball together when we lived in Glastonbury many years ago. Fran was a well liked guy with a sense of humor that helped us live, especially after tough losses. I haven't seen Fran in many years but believe he probably hadn't changed much. He will be missed.

Hard to say how I feel. Growing up you were one of my best friends. As an adult, when ever I needed help with my business, you would make yourself available for me and Donna. I am really going to miss that. Watch over Danyelle and all of us. You are the lucky one, you are at peace with Mom and Dad. You will be sadly missed my brother.
