Obituary of C. Allan Urban

C. Allan Urban, 80, of Glastonbury, CT, died peacefully on April 9, 2016. Al was born on July 23, 1935 in Minot, ND. His career spanned 35 years as both an engineer at Pratt & Whitney, and then Sr. VP at UTC, which allowed him to enjoy the culture of 70 countries. Al enjoyed many years of playing tennis, and you could often catch him driving his 1960 red Corvette throughout Connecticut. Al is survived by his wife Jeannette, two daughters Kimberly Brockway and Torri Buchwald and her husband David, three beloved grandchildren Jeline and Garret Buchwald, and Kenna Brockway, and a brother Darryl and his wife Bonnie of Tomah, WI.
