Obituary of Isabella "Helen" Bisi

Isabella “Helen” C. (Sladyk) Bisi, 92, the beloved wife of Lawrence “Larry” J. Bisi, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016 at Salmon Brook Center in Glastonbury. She was born January 16, 1924 the daughter of the late William and Marion (Juba) Sladyk and lived most of her life in Glastonbury. Helen worked for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft and retired in 1960. She was a member of St. Augustine Church in South Glastonbury for many years. She was predeceased by four brothers, Rudolph, Henry, Stanley and Edward Sladyk, a sister, Frances Satin. Helen was also predeceased by several brothers in law and sisters in law. Besides her husband Larry she is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday (Dec 10, 2016) at 11:00 am at St. Augustine Church, 55 Hopewell Rd, South Glastonbury. Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Augustine Cemetery, South Glastonbury.
