Kathy and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. All the pictures on facebook were beautiful and showed how wonderful a woman she is. Just knowing you I'm sure one of her greatest accomplishments was raising kind, talented and beautiful children. You and your family will remain in my thoughts and prayers. May the wonderful memories you have help to comfort and sustain you and the family.
With Love and Respect,
Bonnie Butsch and your friends in the Judging Community

Carol was the sweetest person we have ever known. Her warm, friendly smile always made you feel welcome and at ease. You can never forge that little giggle when she laughed. There will always be a special place in our hearts for Carol. We loved her and will miss her dearly. George, we wish there was something more we could do to help ease your sorrow You are Soulmates! and Diane and feel we know what that is like. We feel you gave each other the best lives you could have had. George, you know that we will always be here for you! Julie, Pauline, and Kathy, you made Carol very proud and between you and your husbands Noel, James, and Joshua gave her six beautiful grandchildren, which in your own words are the light of her life. To all of you and the rest of the family, our deepest sympathies. Love Always! Jeff and Diane

Dear George, Julie, Paula, Kathy, and grandchildren,
I am so sorry for your loss. I had the privilege of meeting Carol when I started working at Gideon nineteen years ago. We became good friends. We kept in touch after her retirement. Carol was so proud of her children and grandchildren. Always speaking of you all with so much love. George, words can not express how sorry I am for you. Carol always spoke of you with so much love in her heart. I will always remember the yellow roses you delivered to school on her birthday and your anniversary. Carol was a kind, caring person to everyone who knew her. I hope your memories of her and the support of family and friends will help you all at this most difficult time. I will miss her dearly. Rest In Peace my friend. Love you❤️

Joe and I are so sorry for your loss and are in total shock to hear of Carols passing. We have so many memories of all of us on those hot summer nights at the camp, George having to boat my marriage license out to me on the lake so it could be signed. George saving Joe from sinking at 2 am. Joe and the chicken enjoying the campfire with you. The log party, and OMG the bathtub regatta, oh Carol what fun we had and we even won a trophy. And George still laughs when we talk about how he swamped us with the jet ski. You lighten up the world with your smile, and I could go on and on with memories, love you always

George and family, Dick and I were so sorry to hear about Carol. She loved you and your family so much. She was a very loving person and the best kind of friend anyone could ever have. She was caring and understanding and as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. Carol was so much fun to be around and I will never forget all the good times and laughs. She was so proud of you, the girls and each one of the grandchildren. We are all so fortunate to have had her in our lives.

Grandma Briggs was one of the most amazing, and kindest person I know. Not having grown up with a present grandma in my life, she was the perfect influence. From day one she cared for me, loved me and taught me the importance in family. I am so happy she was apart of my life and was able to be my adopted grandma. I send all of my condolences to her family and my second family. I love every single one of you. Rest in peace Grandma Briggs, heaven really did receive one amazing angel.
