What a terrific guy! Buddy graduated with my brother in 1945 from BHS. He was outstanding in Buckeley's first football win over New Britain in November 1944 after 13 straight losses. When he got out of the service I worked out with him and Rick DePolis in Colt's Park. Later we met at BHS Hall of Fame dinners. He was such a gentleman. So sorry to see him go. My sincere condolences to his family.
