Terry was a good friend, I will have great memories of our escapades at Transamerica. I had a great talk with David Anderson on Tuesday and we shared the first time we met, Terry thought I was a little odd. We met in LA going through our first re-org (we had many) and I showed up in a yellow plaid suit coat. Terry never understood how a guy from the mid-west could wear a yellow plaid suit coat. After sitting in meeting after meeting with Terry, we found that we had the same values and from that day forward, we became close friends. I will miss Terry, our trips to Vegas (always on the way home from business trips), and his quick wit. When I think of him, I will always smile. Bob
